More than sixty years in the Svonavec family

The barn at Heritage Place was once home to a herd of dairy cows. In its later years, before the property was restored, it was transformed into a haunted house each fall.

Refreshed and reopened in 2021, the property rests on 40 bucolic acres shared with tall timber, seasonal crops, and the likes of deer, pheasants, fox, and other wildlife.
